a bit about me:
I'm a Learning and Development Project Manager with over 15 years of experience. I am also a graduate of the Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OPWL) Master of Science program at Boise State University.
In my graduate-student-life, I studied and applied human performance technology solutions in real world scenarios. I've also been published in a peer-reviewed journal for my work on adult learning theories and served as a technical writer for a grant-funded project that is under consideration for publication.
In my work-life, I manage the design and development of learning solutions and also serve as an instructional and graphic designer. I've worked with innovative education providers, large technology companies, major grocery retailers, and fast-growing ice cream entrepreneurs. I've also owned my own sports bar and freelance graphic design business. You might call me a "Jill of all trades."
